We’re hiring Business Analysts to join our SCALE IT team, focusing on the Aggregated Liquidity Engine within the FX/FICC ecosystem. You’ll collaborate with global FX traders, sales, risk, finance, and operations teams to deliver technology solutions supporting internal/external integrations.

🔧 Key Responsibilities

• Analyze & Translate: Convert business requirements into technical solutions

• Collaborate: Partner with FX trading, risk, sales, and tech teams to gather needs

• Own Delivery: Manage end-to-end project lifecycle (development, testing, deployment)

• Ensure Quality: Author test cases, manage changes, and mitigate risks

• Support: Provide post-implementation troubleshooting and ongoing solutions
