Academic Requirements:

• Minimum 60% in X, XII, Diploma, UG & PG (No rounding off, e.g., 59.9% not allowed)

• No standing arrears at the time of joining

• CGPA to % conversion as per university norms

Job Roles & Descriptions

1. GenC (General Coding & Development Role)

Key Responsibilities:

• Understand business requirements & develop code as per specifications

• Write, test, debug, and deploy applications

• Work in Agile/DevOps environment following SDLC

• Create low-level design (LLD) for components

• Collaborate in team meetings & deliver projects on time

• Continuously upskill in new technologies

Skills Required:

• Basic programming knowledge (Java, Python, C#, etc.)

• Problem-solving & analytical skills

• Good communication & teamwork

2. GenC Next (Advanced Full-Stack & Cloud Developers)

Key Skills Required:
