📝 Role Summary

As a Graduate Apprentice Trainee in Purchasing Support Center, you’ll:

• Gain hands-on experience in global procurement and supply chain analytics.

• Work with SCM tools, supplier networks, and data-driven decision-making.

• Build a foundation for a future career in Supply Chain Management.

🔧 Key Responsibilities

Operational Support:

• Maintain Handler Logs, Order Management & Portfolio Activities.

• Manage RFQs, coordinate supplier responses, and assist buyers.

• Resolve supplier issues and price discrepancies.

Data & Analytics:

• Analyze quotes and prepare cost breakdowns.

• Conduct supply chain analyses (ABC, 80/20, Spend, Cost/KG).

• Create dashboards and segment data for reporting.

Supplier Integration:

• Support EDI connections and supplier portal onboarding.

• Maintain taxonomy and data accuracy.

✅ Who Should Apply?

• Education: BE/B.Tech (2025 passout) in Mechanical, Automobile, Electrical & Electronics, or Industrial Engineering (min 65% CGPA).

• Skills:

  • Proficiency in MS Office (Advanced Excel).

  • Strong analytical mindset and interest in SCM.

  • Bonus: Knowledge of manufacturing processes/costing.
