🔧 Key Responsibilities

• Convert & migrate client data from source systems to UKG Ready.

• Develop & execute data extraction/manipulation protocols.

• Translate requirements into formatted data files using UKG tools.

• Validate data accuracy and resolve conversion challenges.

• Collaborate with teams to meet project milestones and communicate statuses.

• Maintain documentation and stay updated on data conversion technologies.

✅ Qualifications

Education:

• Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field.

Skills Required:

• Essential: Advanced SQL, PL/SQL, and Excel proficiency.

• Core: Strong grasp of SDLC, data modeling, and ETL concepts.
