Position	Data Associate I (ML)
Location	Bangalore, India
Organization	Amazon’s Human Labeled Data (HLD) organization
Purpose	Contribute to AI/ML model improvement and enhance customer search experience.

Key Responsibilities
– Achieve business metrics such as SLA, production, and quality targets.	– Work independently with minimal supervision.
– Maintain day-to-day work records using trackers and workflow tools.	– Follow SOPs and ensure compliance with quality guidelines.
– Collaborate on project improvements and suggest ideas for operational excellence.	– Provide timely responses to stakeholders as per defined SLA and SOPs.
– Raise issues or concerns that may impact deliverables or operations.	– Analyze data trends and recommend patterns to improve processes.
– Handle sensitive content responsibly (e.g., adult content, weapons).	– Troubleshoot issues and conduct root cause analysis for process improvements.

Basic Qualifications
– Bachelor’s degree in any field.	– Proficiency in reading, writing, and speaking English.
– Familiarity with Microsoft Office tools, especially Excel.

Preferred Qualifications
– Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel.	– Basic understanding of the online retail (e-commerce) ecosystem.
