Position: Graduate Engineer Trainee (GET) – Data Analysis
Location: Gurugram, IndiaAs a Graduate Engineer Trainee in Data Analysis at Zenatix, you will be instrumental in monitoring IoT-based automation solutions, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction, and analyzing data to generate actionable insights. This role presents an excellent opportunity for recent graduates eager to launch their careers in data analytics, IoT, and energy efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
- Customer Satisfaction: Oversee pilot programs, calculate energy savings, and evaluate the benefits of Zenatix’s IoT automation solutions.
- Data Visualization: Utilize proprietary tools to create customized dashboards and reports for clients, ensuring optimal functionality.
- Troubleshooting: Regularly monitor customer dashboards, address issues, and collaborate with internal teams (product, technology & solutions) for technical support.
- Data Analytics: Analyze customer data to generate insights and develop business cases that drive value.
- Dashboard Improvements: Identify opportunities for enhancing dashboard features while assessing ROI and customer satisfaction.
Job Requirements:
- Education: Bachelor’s Degree or higher in Electronics, Electrical, Mechanical, or Energy Engineering.
- Experience: 0-1 years; fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
- Skills: Strong analytical capabilities, problem-solving skills, and proficiency in Microsoft Office tools (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
- Technical Knowledge: Basic understanding of HVAC systems and minimal experience with large data sets.
