About the Role
As a System Engineer – L1, you will play a crucial role in resolving technical issues, ensuring customer satisfaction, and gaining hands-on experience with top IT platforms like Windows, Teams, Citrix, and more.
Key Responsibilities 🛠️
Here’s what you’ll be doing:
- Provide exceptional customer support while handling challenging situations with empathy and professionalism.
- Troubleshoot technical issues related to Windows, Outlook, Teams, Citrix, VDI, VPN, and Security Apps via remote support.
- Manage incoming calls and respond to customer emails promptly and effectively.
- Identify and escalate critical issues to supervisors when necessary.
- Offer accurate product and service information to customers.
- Research and implement solutions using available resources.
- Route calls and tickets to specialized teams for advanced support.
- Document all customer interactions as per standard operating procedures (SOPs).
- Identify recurring issues and report them to management for proactive resolution.
- Develop SOPs for new issues and resolutions.
- Maintain detailed call logs and reports to track performance and improvements.

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to empathize with and manage frustrated customers calmly.
- Strong technical knowledge in troubleshooting operating systems and applications.
- Eagerness to learn and adapt to new technologies.
