Key Responsibilities
As a Full Stack Web Developer at Worley, your responsibilities will include:
- Website Migration: Assist in migrating existing websites to a composable architecture while adhering to Sitecore best practices.
- Backend Development: Enhance the performance and functionality of Worley’s web applications using ASP.NET (C#).
- Integration Development: Develop and maintain integrations between enterprise products such as Sitecore, Tableau, and Pardot to optimize workflows.
- Content Migration Automation: Automate the migration of content to Sitecore for seamless transitions.
- Frontend Development: Build responsive and reusable web components using technologies such as Vue.js, HTML5, SCSS, Bootstrap, and JavaScript.
- Feature Implementation: Support the implementation of new features, including content personalization.
- Content Management: Participate in content management and optimization to ensure accuracy and relevance across web platforms.
- Team Collaboration: Collaborate daily with the development team, engaging in problem-solving and knowledge sharing.
Required Qualifications / Skills
To excel in this role, candidates should possess:
- Full-Stack Development Experience: Proven experience in delivering web development projects across both frontend and backend technologies.
- Sitecore Expertise: Proficiency in Sitecore is essential, with hands-on experience in maintaining Sitecore-based applications.
- Technical Skills: Strong knowledge of C#, ASP.NET, HTML, XML, CSS, JavaScript, and other relevant web technologies.
- Communication Skills: Ability to explain technical concepts clearly to non-technical team members and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Educational Background: A relevant degree (Graduate/Post-graduate) in fields such as Computer Science or Software Engineering.
- Self-Starter Attitude: Capability to work independently while managing tasks and balancing multiple projects effectively.
- Team Player Mindset: Strong interpersonal skills and a collaborative approach to problem-solving.
